Jesse Valley Photography guarantees the workmanship of photography sessions and products.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your session, we will make ourselves available to re-shoot the session, free of charge. If our products contain a defect, we will replace them free of charge. All orders include retouching.
Your portrait session fee and deposit are non-refundable, but we do allow a one-time rescheduling for emergency situations. Everyone is required to make a $200 deposit for their session. The deposit applies to your product purchases. All orders are custom, so payment is required in full at the time of the order. Portrait sessions are avaialbe Monday–Friday in the morning or afternoon. Availability on weekends is limited and a surcharge of $100 will be added to all sessions scheduled on weekends.
Your portrait session fee includes the photographer’s time and talent and one ordering session. If you require an additional ordering session, the fee is $100. Come prepared to order at your ordering session. But don’t worry if you can’t decide what to order at this appointment. Your photos will be placed online, available to order for an additional 14 days following your ordering session. Any images that you order will be archived for re-print orders. All other photos from your session will be purged unless you choose to pay an archival fee to have all photos from your session archived at the studio. The archival fee is $100.
Jesse Valley Photography requires all clients to sign a session agreement, which includes a model release.
