They say it’s better to give than to receive. Why not do both?

Enjoy giving and receiving in October during Family Portrait Month. For every family session booked, we’ll give a $50 donation to Operation Smile and you’ll receive $50 off your session.

Family portrait sessions are fun and memorable at Jesse Valley Photography. Whether at your home or a favorite park, we’ll capture your family laughing and interacting together. You can even include your pet! These artful and candid memories are perfect for holiday cards, gifts for grandparents and custom art for your home.

HOW TO BOOK YOUR SESSION:

Call 612.382.2867 with your calendar and credit card handy. To reserve your session, you’ll pay the $100 session fee (normally $150) and $200 deposit. Choose your session location and time (between 9 am and 5 pm):

October 9 or 10 at Westwood Nature Center

October 16 or 17 at Lake Harriet

October 23 or 24 at Minnehaha Falls

October 30 at St. Anthony-Main

Portraits With Pets at Jesse Valley Photography

Have you ever wanted to have a family portrait taken with your beloved pet? “Portraits With Pets” is an opportunity to have portraits taken of—and with—your pets. The entire $50 session fee (regular price is $100) from each photo session will be donated to MARS (Midwest Animal Rescue & Services). These hour long sessions will take place the following two weekends in September:

September 11 and 12 from 9 am–5 pm at Oak Hill Park in St. Louis Park.

September 18 and 19 from 9 am–5 pm at Lake Harriet.

All sessions need to be reserved in advance. Sessions are on a first call, first reserve basis. So call today to reserve your session—612-382-2867. For your convenience, your portraits will be available for online ordering.

Free photo session. Custom card designs. Instant gratification.

Announcing a special offer that will make your season brighter.

But only for a limited time.

On December 5 and 12, you can take advantage of this special offer:

• $25 for a one-hour photo session (FREE when you order 50 or more holiday cards)

• Review photos on the spot and select your favorite

• Choose from several custom card designs to go with your photo (see a small sample of the designs below)

Your custom cards will be ready to pick up the following Wednesday. Plus, your portraits will be posted online for 48 hours after your session for you to view and order additional prints from home.

Sessions start each Saturday at 9 AM, and each available time slot must be reserved in advance by prepaying the $25 session fee (if you order 50 or more holiday cards, the session fee will become a credit toward your purchase). The minimum card order is 25, and they are $2.35 per card.

1. Dine at Vescio’s. Since we’re celebrating families this month, what better way to enjoy yours than to share a meal together. Save an additional $25 when you eat at Vescio’s restaurant in October (St. Louis Park location). Just bring us your receipt!

2. Tell a friend. Family Portrait month is a great deal (and a good cause). So shout it from the rooftops! Tell all your friends, family and co-workers. For every referral who becomes a customer, you’ll be rewarded with a $35 credit at the studio.
